Constance or Constance Wolter is a songwriter/musician/lyricist born in Germany. She currently lives and works in Greece. Her work and songwriting style is influenced by artist like Leonard Cohen and Scott Walker. She plays steel-string acoustic guitar and studied electric guitar and composition. Her style is based on traditional chansons with acoustic guitar, mixed with gothic and experimental sound elements. 2012 she released her debut-album "Be gone before Sunrise" 2012, a very personal and emotional work, with haunting vocals, strong melodies and beguiling melancholic atmosphere.
