Formed by Zion Lee and Jake Fox, COMIC BOOK FEVER is a collective of musicians, brandishing melodies reminiscent of Buddy Holly and Tommy James. COMIC BOOK FEVER draws influence from sources as varied as the Talking Heads and The Velvet Underground to 80's new wave and classic punk. Currently residing in various parts of Toronto. Their current demo containing three of their earliest songs anticipates COMIC BOOK FEVERs current song line up to be recorded independently in the summer of 2006. Influenced by legends Roxy Music, Devo, the Sex Pistols and more recently bands such as The Rentals, COMIC BOOK FEVERs set remains an original and aggressive musical force in Toronto.
