Come Back Harriet is a melodic guitar-pop band from Munich. Formed in the autumn of 2010, the band's sound is characterized by loud and ambient guitars, layered with lush vocals, and edgy rhythms. This sound has been likened by journalists to the shoegaze or nugaze movements, although the band define themselves as "shoepunk". The band released its first EP in May 2011, which is available for free download via Facebook and ReverbNation. The title track "Side" quickly established itself as a favourite in the ReverbNation independent chart for Munich, and, at the time of writing, has remained at number #3 for over two months. Another EP is expected in the autumn with a full-length debut to follow in Spring 2012.
