Colin's relevant, rhythmic spoken word and music crosses genre from acoustic rock to trip hop and reggae as his open collaborative process invites mixters and podcasters from across the spectrum to build on and remix his work. While mainstream artists have invited fans to mashup their albums, Colin's "Premixed" album is a first in that it would never have existed if it weren’t for the collaborative work of producers putting the pieces together legally (enabled by Creative Commons licenses). Colin is perhaps best known for his "My Life Changed" collaboration with North Carolina violinist Cora Beth Bridges.
