Chicago's Cold Water Mystic blends skunky reggae with funk rock and hip hop, mixing a musical cocktail that brings their ever-growing fan base to their feet every time they perform live. Formed in 2007, Cold Water Mystic have released two albums, 2007's "Last Call" and in July of 2009, "Cooler By The Lake". Cold Water Mystic have played hundreds of live shows in Chicago and around the Midwest. Of these shows they have headlined House Of Blues (Chicago) twice, opened for Pepper at Metro (Chicago) on Halloween 2008, opened for Kottonmouth Kings at The Rave (Milwaukee), and at smaller venues opened for Sugar Ray, Tonic, SOJA, John Brown's Body, Passafire, and The Cool Kids to name a few. Cold Water Mystic continue to grow tighter as a musical unit live and expand their fan base daily. They are poised and committed to do big things as they bring in a fresh sound, vibe, and style to a currently mundane music industry and scene.
