Clonong Experiment Failure or CEF is russian electronoise/powernoise band, wich was founded in Pskov in 1999. Now such project as CEF doesn't exist anymore, because of a tragic death of one of its members... R.I.P. The band release its first albums through self produced label ZHB, then lately Canadian label D Trash re-issue the main core of the power noise metal death of CEF in a full blast magic big beat death noise record available for free through the website of the label.
