Enjoy the unique talkbox style of Clive Knightley with his soulful, smooth, groovy underlying beats. Feel good album from start to end. A must for any talkbox fan. Growing up with the sounds of Stevie Wonder, Earth wind and fire, Chaka Khan, all thanks to his father. Discovering Guy, R Kelly, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis in the 90's (some of his favourite producers) has helped Clive produce his sound !! Clive learnt his skills producing/recording local talented musicians and vocalists. At his studio in Southampton (Avro studios). He is self taught and plays everything by ear. He has been a fan of the talkbox sound for quite a few years. A little research on the net, a purchase was made, his own talkbox. Nine months later his first album was created - called Talkbox Times.... Volume one.... For anyone interested in the sound of the talkbox. Made famous by the likes of Roger Troughtman RIP, Teddy Riley and many more. A talkbox is a musical device which we can use to create synthesized vocals. Tupac California love is a classic example of brilliant talkboxing (Performed by Roger Troutman).
