City Chix was the name of a British singing duo comprised of River City actresses Laura McMonagle and Jade Lezar. They competed to become the United Kingdom's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 by taking part in the Making Your Mind Up programme on Saturday 4 March 2006. Despite receiving the maximum '12 points' from the Scottish people, their song All About You finished in 3rd place, behind Antony Costa and eventual winner Daz Sampson. Despite their unsuccessful attempt first time round, the pair have not ruled out a return to music.
