Cisne Elocuente is a rock, jazz, and progressive trio from Buenos Aires, formed by Julio César Lucero in March 2014. They released their debut album, "Letárgico," in 2015. It's a tranquil record, heavily influenced by Litto Nebbia, with his signature hummed harmonies, but also by Luis Alberto Spinetta, featuring a jazzy sound, minimal distortion, and a profound artistic dimension. In any case, their almost acoustic rock style remains distinctly Argentine, with a stripped-down, clean, and crystalline sound. All lyrics, melodies, and harmonies on this album are by Julio César Lucero, who also plays vocals, electric and electro-acoustic guitar, backing vocals, banjo, and synthesizer. The album was assembled and performed with the strong and unique contributions of Andrés Vidal on bass and Fernando Bernstein on drums. In 2017, they recorded at Estudio del Nuevo Mundo in Melopea, invited by Litto Nebbia himself. In November of that year, they released their second album, "Leda," where the main influences are those of Luis Alberto Spinetta, in a musical journey through his entire career. In 2018 and 2019, Julio César Lucero launched a solo career, releasing the albums "Vespertino" and "Leche de Estrellas." The departure of several members led to the addition of Danilo Giunta, a period during which they recorded material that would later become part of their discography. For unknown reasons, the band ceased its formal activities in March 2019. Lucero revived the Cisne Elocuente
