Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Chung Kings is a moveable feast of like-minded musicians expressing their love for lo-fi surf, Ethio-jazz, latin, rhythm & blues and exotica. Lead by core members Onno Smit (of Beans & Fatback and Lefties Soul Connection fame) and Mischa Den Haring of the mighty T-99, Chung Kings released their début single, Teahupoo in January 2021, leading up to their début long player, Chung Kings presents Surf-O-Tica in May.
