Christopher Stracey is an Australian composer, record producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and DJ. He is also one half of the synth-pop/dance music duo Bag Raiders. He grew up studying classical violin from an early age and later moved into guitar, clarinet, saxophone, and keyboards before discovering the near unlimited possibilities of electronic music production. Together with frequent collaborator Este Haim, Stracey has scored the Netflix hit series Maid (2021), the coming-of-age drama Cha Cha Real Smooth (2022) and the romantic comedy Anyone But You (2023). He has also scored the sci-fi drama Fingernails (2023), starring Jessie Buckley, Riz Ahmed and Jeremy Allen White, and released a solo record entitled Music for Growing Plants.
