Under the watchful eye of his gypsy grandmother (photo on jacket), Christophe Lartilleux has widened his Djagno Reinhardt repertory to include amazing hits of the seventies: Michel Polnareff, Serge Gainsbourg, Moon Martin, Abba, etc. Still loyal to his origins but venturing to new horizons, Christophe Lartilleux proves that the Gypsy heritage is not only a repertoire, but is a true work of art, a fine example of reappropriation.
