Christopher Armes has been writing and recording songs for both himself and other artists for years. You may have heard his music on shows like 'True Calling' starring Eliza Dushku, Super Bowl 42, World Series 2009, and MTV's Real World San Diego. In 2007, Chris was selected out of over 1500 national applicants for the 2nd annual Jeffrey Steele Songwriters Bootcamp. Later in 2008 Chris penned the popular 'Frightening Lightning' theme song for the San Diego Chargers to massive airplay on San Diego's most popular radio station 91X. Before all that Chris was signed to Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day's label, Adeline Records to great acclaim with his band Agent 51. Currently, Chris is working/writing on a reggae album with great artists/musicians from bands like Ziggy Marley, Peter Tosh and Bob Marley. Now, about to strike out on his first solo debut album, 2011-2012 looks to be a stellar year for Chris!
