Born in London, 23 year old singer/songwriter Chloe Bodur grew up in a household overflowing with musical diversity, citing influences ranging from Astrud Gilberto, Billie Holiday and D’angelo to BadBadNotGood, Kendrick Lamar, Tyler The Creator and The Internet. Having studied music at university level, Bodur is a perfectionist and takes great pride in her songwriting and musical arrangements; with the melodic element of her music taking influence from traditional soul and bossa, contrasting the rhythmic colouring of her music which is influenced by American hiphop and the current London jazz scene.
