Artist
Chiel Nugter is a Dutch composer who plays on both classical and spanish guitars. After playing in different rock collectives and touring with different bands, Chiel decided to make his own music. He is inspired, among other things, by the culture and the historical environment where he grew up, namely Hertogenbosch. His genre can be described as dreamy and melancholy music in which listeners can be cast in time 300 years ago. In addition to the music he produces under his own name, he also makes electronic music under the name Sabora. There he shows more of his dark side and the darker side of how he sees the society. In 2016, Chiel wrote a piece for syphonic orchestra Tourmalijn in honor of the Jewish remembrance at Camp Vught.
