Chiaki (千秋, Chiaki), real name Chiaki Fujimoto (藤本 千秋, Fujimoto Chiaki, born October 26, 1971 in Ichikawa, Chiba), is a Japanese tarento. She is a part of Sony Music Japan. Chiaki married Shōzō Endō, of the comedy duo Cocorico, in 2002, but divorced in December of 2007. They have a daughter, born in 2003.
