Chiai Fujikawa (born June 6, 1995, Ibara, Okayama Prefecture) is a Japanese singer. Introduced to music at age three by her grandfather, who played enka, she later worked at a factory until winning a vocal audition in 2015 to join the idol group Maneki Kecak. Her career with the group included six singles, an album (Kimi Wazurai, 2018), and a concert DVD, all charting in Japan. After leaving the group in September 2018, she launched a solo career, releasing singles like Katte ni Hitori de Dokidoki Sunna yo and Kimi no Namae (ending theme for the anime The Rising of the Shield Hero). Her debut album Raika (2019) peaked at No. 10 on charts. Beyond music, she acted in the TV series Kizoku Tantei (2017) and contributed to a 2020 Buck-Tick tribute album. In 2021, she announced the side project PhatSlimNevaeh under the alias Roku. Her solo discography expanded with albums Ai wa Headphones kara (2020), HiKiKoMoRi (2020), and Naino Zouga Guchiwo Kobosumonode (2023), alongside singles like Atashi ga Tonari ni Iru Uchi ni (2019) and Bakemono to Yobare (2020). Nominated for an Anime Trending Award (2020) for Kimi no namae, Fujikawaโs work blends pop, rock, and anime soundtracks, reflecting her eclectic artistic journey.
