Chi-Ali was an up and comer who is now a down and outer. He is probably best remembered as being a child rapper, who released a few catchy singles such as Funky Lemonade and Age Ain't Nothing But a #. The future seemed bright for Chi-Ali, but after releasing his album The Fabulous Chi-Ali, he pretty much disappeared from the public eye, save a few appearances on random underground singles. In 2001 Chi-Ali gained notoriety once again, however this time he was wanted by the police for the murder of Sean Raymond. After avoiding the police for a few weeks, he was finally arrested and sentenced to a 14 year sentence at the Elmira Correctional Facility, which he is currently serving out. Oh well.
