New York-based DJ and producer Chase B made a name for himself with his high-profile DJ slots and as Travis Scott's go-to touring DJ before branching out on his own with a slew of singles, including 2019's "Mayday" and 2020's "Casino." Chase B became interested in DJ'ing when he hosted parties and MC'ed while attending Howard University in D.C. Realizing that not only could he be the MC but the DJ as well, he worked on his skills and after leaving University moved to New York, where he DJ'd high profile parties, fashion events, and festivals. It wasn't long before childhood friend Travis Scott took Chase B out on tour as his DJ, and the two also worked on creating music together, with Chase B becoming part of the JackBoys collective. 2019 saw him team up with Young Thug and Sheck Wes on the single "Mayday" before following it up with 2020's "Casino" and the Don Toliver- and Gunna-featuring "Cafeteria." ~ Rich Wilson User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
