The Norwegian band Charlotte & The Co-Stars has since 2003 built up a strong reputation and an ever growing fan base with the albums released and trough intense live performances. The band share musical tastes and has nurtured close contact with Norwegian band’s like Madrugada, Ricochets and My Midnight Creeps. It is reflected in the music, with its guitar driven twangy sound, characterized by dusty American highways that is topped by singer-songwriter Charlotte Jacobsen’s (38) strong and dynamic voice. Charlotte & The Co-Stars have also played for, among others, The Norwegian Wood Festival, Øya Festival and Hove festival, opened for Chris Isaak when he visited Norway, and they have played some of the best live stages around Norway. Charlotte & The Co-Stars have previously released two critically acclaimed albums: Win Love Win and No-tell Motel, and are now recording new material. No-tell Motel contained among other things a duet, "Players In A Drag" with Ebbot Lundberg: The Soundtrack Of Our Lives and was part of the soundtrack for the movie “Jackpot” that was in the theatres December 2011.
