Charcoal Tongue formed in 2015 after vocalist Chris Mora‘s suicide attempt. As a result, the band’s forthcoming, as-yet untitled Spinefarm debut plays out like the journal of a person’s thoughts as they navigate a downward spiral of depression. For their debut album, the band worked with Josh Schroeder (KING 810, The Color Morale). Charcoal Tongue are Christopher Mora — Vocals; Luciano Islas — Bass; Matt Guajardo — Guitar; and Jacob Navaira — Keys/Vocals.
