There are several acts called Channel 13: 1. Channel 13 is an alternative Rock /synthwave duo that mix elements of '80s nostalgia with overtones of modern pop to create an aesthetic that's familiar, yet distinct. In the fall of 2017, shortly after graduating from college, friends Sam Marino (vocals/keys) and Saxon Bryant (bass/backing vocals) joined forces to pursue original songwriting and production. After nearly a year of co-writing, experimenting, and crafting their sound, they released their debut single “Tell Me”, and Channel 13 was born. Somewhere between '80s rock and indie-pop, alternative sensation Channel 13 mixes elements of the present with overtones of nostalgia to create an aesthetic that’s familiar, yet distinct. Channel 13 is an independent underground hip hop group from Ohio, USA consisting of crimNal and Madhouse. C13 released their first single, Silent Night, in 2004. The duo went on a hiatus in 2008 without ever releasing an album. Channel 13 demos are extremely rare and hard to come by.
