Max Changmin (Hangul: 최강창민); born February 18, 1988 in Seoul, South Korea) is a singer, songwriter, actor, model, and member of the South Korean group 동방신기. Changmin made his debut with 동방신기 in 2003, performing the song "Hug" on SBS network's BoA and Britney Spears showcase special. As a member of 동방신기, Changmin to date has released 15 full albums. Aside from being a member of 동방신기, Changmin has also penned the songs "Evergreen," "Rise...", "Heaven's Day", "I Swear", "Love in the Ice", 고백 (Confession)", 태민's "Ace", 조규현's "나의 생각, 너의 기억 (My Thoughts, Your Memories)" and SHINee's "떠나지 못해 (Sleepless Night)" all of which appeared on commercially released albums. With a few small acting roles under his belt, Changmin made a splash on the Korean drama industry in 2011 when he landed the starring role in "Paradise Ranch," which increased his popularity among fans dramatically.
