The Chambers Of Morbid were founded in fall 1997. It all began as a Death Metal / Industrial solo project of Morbid, the mystifying singer from the legendary vanguard band sordes. In winter 1998 the band created the CyberGoth genre - a modern, very dark mix of Goth, Metal and Techno. The weeks after Halloween 1999 the Chambers stormed the Darkwave Top 10 on MP3.com and remained in the top spots for 2 weeks. In early 2000 the band released their first album "Livemore Sleepless" as a demo for promo-purposes. Invited by a fellow musician from MP3.com, Chambers Of Morbid contributed to the 2002 tribute album Music Is Our Life which contains cover versions of the band The Cornbugs - featuring various members of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre cast! Morbid's song Dust N' Bones begins with an intro spoken by the character Sally (Marilyn Burns). 2003 Morbid decided to close this chapter of his musical life. 2006 first plans of an allstar project called deltree came into play.
