Cenk Han Alkaya was born in Istanbul. He graduated from Marmara University Department of Fine Arts. His music career started as a drummer and later on in 1998 moved on to singing. Cenk Han has played the drums with important musicians such as, indians cobra d drivers. He's appeared in some concerts with Haluk Levent and Erkin Koray. He also took music lessons from the famous opera singer Nuri Candas (rip). He founded the band Sodapop in 2000 and played in many festivals all over Turkey with his band. Other than Istanbul, He's had bar performances in other cities like Marmaris, Antalya, Canakkale and Bursa and many more Cenk Han's been working on his demo with Mert Alkaya (drums) and Faruk Kavi (guitars) since 2004.
