There are multiple artists with the name Celestina: (1) Celestina Aladekoba is an American dancer and choreographer. She is perhaps best known for appearing in R&B legend Prince's "Black Sweat" music video, and MTV's original dance themed reality television program DanceLife. In January 2011 a sneak peak of her debut single 'Renegade' leaked online, she describes her music as 'tribal electronica'. (2) Celestina is a piano pop rock band hailing from the great Long Island, New York. For months & months of feeling like failed musicians, Adam and Sal began to question their musical ambitions. However, with the finding of fellow co-worker Elizabeth Seich, Sal and Adam once again felt the determination they couldn't seem to break. In March of 2006 the band started it all as they began to write and demo song after song over endless cups of coffee. With fortunate luck on their side, they teamed up with producer Bryan Russell (Straylight Run, Envy on the Coast) to record their debut EP over the summer months of 2006 in Brooklyn, NY. Despite the record being close to mixed, Mike decided to part ways with the band. They are now currently searching for a bassist who will fit their needs as well as getting ready to show the world what they are made of.
