In 2013 Cathouse Thursday was commissioned by Sonoton to create works for film and television. In addition, they were semi-finalists in the “Emerging Artists Competition” at the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles. In 2012 CATHOUSE THURSDAY released their third CD, Walking My Elephant, to critical acclaim. CATHOUSE THURSDAY released two Cds in 2010, Nashville Baby and, Till Death Do Us Party. Their first single, Nashville Baby, was released to radio stations in Europe and Australia Via Hotdisc Promotions and rose to number six on the chart in only four weeks. Their second single, Make A Little Heaven, also charted to #21. Their live performances have garnered rave reviews. They were awarded, “Best Band”, at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood for their performance in 2011′s Rockfest Film Festival. CATHOUSE THURSDAY also headlined the opening night of the 2012 San Diego County Fair and are booked to play major venues and festivals throughout Southern California, including a slot in this year’s Twilight Concert Series on the Santa Monica Pier.
