about

Cat Malojian (Stevie Scullion and Jonathan Toman) are a 2-piece band from Lurgan in Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland. Though having grown up within minutes of each other, they only met in 1999 while attending the same course at University and have been making music together ever since. With the release of their debut album & 2 critically acclaimed e.p.’s, radio & TV appearances and a steady stream of gigs (including high profile support slots such as John Martyn & Arlo Guthrie) they have spent the last few years building a solid fan base & are a band that are on the rise. The title track from their “Life Rolls On e.p.” was used for a Vodafone ad campaign in Feb’ ‘07. Cat Malojian’s self titled debut album (June 2008) is out now on their own Bad Paw Music label and is available from the band’s website, i-tunes, Amazon & at gigs. They are currently putting the finishing touches to their 2nd album & will be touring throughout the UK & Ireland in 2009.
