Cassa Ufficio Malattie Tropicali (or C.U.M.T.) is an Italian noise collective born in the summer 2006 for a series of live shows in China and Italy. Harsh noise, percussions and stretched loops were caught on a recording (the only one published) during a live show in Shanghai and released as a minicd "L'Anno dei Mongoloidi" by the italian label Monstres Pas Excès. The band is composed of Lolita Vibrator Torture, Istituzioni Ambienti Naturalismo and M.N.N. The first two are currently releasing material as solo projects.
