Carlos Vaso is a spanish synthpop artist.(Founder member of Azul y Negro).Vaso played with several bands in the 70`s. One of them was a band called Granada, and they released the album "Valle del pas" (1978). Two years later he was a member of a band named Greta, with the result of another album. This was "El mundo de Greta" (1980). Vaso has released 3 solo albums: "Innovate", "Simbiosis" and "The Musical Mystery Box". His music is similar to bands like Telex, Tangerine Dream, Logic System, Yellow Magic Orchestra etc. and of course AZUL Y NEGRO! Catchy and brilliant synthpop. He founded the electropop band Azul y Negro in the early -80`s together with Joaquin Montoya. The band became a major influence on many artists in Spain and in Europe as well.
