Carl Christian Agthe (11/6/1762, Hettstedt, Germany - 27/11/1797, Ballenstadt, Germany was a composer active in Estonia and Germany. In 1782 he joined the court of Prince Friedrich Albrecht of Anhalt-Bernburg in Ballenstadt, where he served as Kapellmeister the remainder of his life. He was the nephew of Carl Friedrich Agthe.
