Capporal are a two piece group from Bordeaux, formed in 2006. Starting in the spring of 2006, by Cecile (vocals) and Paul (drums and composition), they have released one album - Turbulences. The album was inspired by the sound of Cecile's voice, and was written by the pair with help from Sophie Jumel and Elisabeth Schneider. Cecile began singing at the age of 14. Her influences include Within Temptation, Nightwish and Kate Bush. Paul began playing the drums at age 17. After completing his CMCN (diploma), he began work as a professional musician. Later, he became interested in composition, and took a course in harmony. He played with the funk-soul group P.L.P, and P-POL, before Capporal.
