MySpace Caninus is a deathgrind band. Consisting of Most Precious Blood members and two main vocalists which are two pitbull terriers; Budgie and Basil. The band, Caninus (pronounced K -9-us ) was generated in New York in 1992, but not until recently, when Caninus began receving national glory and approval of a celebrities from Andrew W.K. to Susan Sarandon. After the few line up changes during the 90s, Caninus has strengthened their line up in 2001 and the band released their full length debut Now the Animals Have a Voice in 2004. On January 5, 2011, Basil (one of the two pitbulls) died. Basil had been diagnosed with a brain tumor and was euthanized.
