Candy Moore (fka Candy) is the Australian shoegaze/bedroom pop project of Calum Newton, created in 2014. Most of the albums released under this moniker are solo projects by Newton, in order to differentiate from his previous bands, Lunatics on Pogosticks and Freud and The Suicidal Vampires. However, newer releases such as A Pull to Heal have been more collaborative projects to move Candy Moore's sound away from drum machines and bedroom production into a fuller, band-like sound.
