Camille and Julie Berthollet are a French - Swiss musical duo active from 2016 to 2024. Camille is a violinist and cellist born on January 4, 1999 in Annecy (Haute-Savoie), and her older sister Julie is a violinist born on May 16, 1997 on Mauritius . In December 2014 Camille Berthollet won the first edition of the TV competition "Prodiges" on France 2. In October 2015 she recorded the album Prodiges which won a gold disc in seven months. From then on she recorded and performed with her sister. The duo's first album Camille & Julie Berthollet, released at the end of 2016, was also met with great success. Suffering from a burnout syndrome and depression, a generalized anxiety disorder and a anorexia nervosa Julie Berthollet interrupted her career in October 2024 and began psychology studies at the university of Lausanne in September 2025 , ending the duo.
