CNBLUE (Code Name Blue) (Korean: 씨엔블루), is a three-member rock band from Seoul, South Korea, which were formed under FNC Entertainment on August 19th, 2009 in Japan with the band's first mini album, Now or Never. The group released four teasers for their 1st album Bluetory, starring one member per each of the videos in the sequence of Jonghyun, Minhyuk, Jungshin and Jung Yong Hwa on the 6th, 8th, 11th and 13th January respectively. On January 14th, CNBLUE debuted their first mini-album with lead single "Loner" (Korean: 외톨이야). On August 28th, 2019, it was announced that Lee Jonghyun was not part of the band anymore. They continued as a trio and released their 8th Mini Album, Re-Code on November 17th, 2020. On October 14th, 2024, they released their first Korean mini album (and 10th mini overall) since 2021's Wanted, titled X. CNBLUE are currently on a series of world tours, including their first American tour in over a decade.
