Formed in late 2012, Buzz Cut are a 4 piece band from St Albans and Ipswich with a penchant for creating melody driven music inspired by a huge roster artists. As soon as they formed they locked themselves in a studio, and barring a few appearances across London and Hertfordshire, stayed there throughout 2013 working tirelessly to create tight DFA style grooves, sparkling pop inspired harmonies, intricate musical passages and snarling grungy guitar tones. Their first few tracks were trickled out initially on Soundcloud after recording at lightship95 in the first half of the 2013, but in 2014 they are setting their sights higher aiming to release a new set of songs in the summer and bring their spectacular live show to bigger audiences.
