Burnt Tomorrow were accidentally formed back in January 2009 as a three piece band for a one off gig, however, after a great reception and more fun that you can shake a stick at, they knew that they had something too unique to abandon. Drawing upon their varied musical backgrounds and such artists as Frank Turner, Jonah Matranga, Pearl Jam, and Laura Marling, Burnt Tomorrow combine hard rock melodies with the soul of folk and just a smidge of country. Although they revel in the joys of creating new sounds and rehearsing, Burnt Tomorrow are never more at home than when they are playing live. After a string of successful shows across the south of the UK over the past two years, and now a five piece band, Burnt Tomorrow are back with a debut album and preparing themselves for nationwide shows.
