Burning Codes is Irish singer and songwriter Paul Archer (born in Belfast). His music has included various collaborators including Iain Archer (Tired Pony, Reindeer Section, and Ivor Novello winner), Jonny Quinn and Nathan Connolly (Snow Patrol) and Carey Willets and Steve Roberts (Athlete). He now records as Paul Archer. Burning Codes has received Radio One airplay via Zane Lowe's Evening session and BBC NI's Across The Line plus various local stations nationally as well as independent radio stations in the U.S. Gigs have seen Burning Codes supporting and playing with the likes of Gary Lightbody and Lisa Hannigan, Elbow, Duke Special and many others. 'The Worthy Cause' EP was released on Belfast label Only Gone Records early 2008. His self-titled debut album was released on Indiecater Records, a record label based in Dublin.
