Buddy Quaid was born on November 26, 1974 in Houston, Texas. He is the youngest of 6, including his older famous acting brothers Dennis & Randy Quaid. Buddy started playing guitar at the age of 10 and was taught by his brother Dennis. He wrote his first song on guitar at the age of 10 during the filming of "The Big Easy" in New Orleans. He taught himself to play piano as well and has never looked back. Buddy moved to Los Angeles, Ca in 1994 to pursue acting in which he was on Seinfeld "The Soup Nazi" and several movies. Back in 1998, Buddy turned down a record deal in order to keep his music his own and not be changed. In 2000 he formed his first band "Triggerfish" who opened up for his brother Dennis' band around hot-spots in L.A. He did very well playing around the city and had a great following. Today, Buddy now resides in Austin, Texas where he performs at clubs around the city and finished his first album in the summer of 2007 called "76/96".
