In 2020, Budda Power Blues expand from a Power Trio to a Power Sextet. João Martins (Sax), Rui Pedro Silva (Trumpet) and João Andresen (Harp), join forces with Budda Guedes, Nico Guedes and Carl Minnemann, for special shows, bringing the band more towards New Orleans and the Stax and Chess Records classic sound. But the band keeps its identity, just a lot more sound mass, and arrangements, give the show a deluxe energy, with all the power Budda Power Blues is known for.
