There are at least two bands called Bruxas: 1. Bruxas is an electronic project of contemporary Dutch 'sixties psych' wunderkind, Jacco Gardner and his partner in crime, Nic Mauskovic. They make vintage electronic dance music, Brazilian seventies style, with a psychedelic summer feel. Their début EP, Más Profundo was released in 2017. 2. Bruxas is an alternative rock band from Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. With influences ranging from the Argentine indie to shoegaze and the the lo-fi / post-punk / grunge aesthetic that marked the 1990s, the power trio launches its debut EP - Dirty Man in 2016.
