Bruno Hubert is often referred to as Canada’s best kept secret and he is quite happy being a secret. It gives his music a purity and honesty that is hard to come by these days. Bruno’s touch on the piano is unique and he is a fun pianist to watch. Sometimes it’s the notes that he doesn’t play that makes the music so powerful. He continues to perform and record in Vancouver, Canada where he makes his home. The trio members are Bruno Hubert (piano), André Lachance (bass) and Brad Turner (drums). Recordings of the Bruno Hubert Trio include the 2002 release Get Out of Town, 2004 release A Cellar Live Christmas and 2008 release The Bruno Hubert Trio, Live at the Cellar.
