Britdere (born March 28, 2007) is an independent transgender artist from Berlin, Germany. She was born and raised in the city, and she writes and produces her own music in the synth-pop genre. Her style is inspired by what she calls the “cheap aesthetic” of the late 2000s and early 2010s — influenced by low-budget visuals, old internet culture, and early YouTube-era pop.
