Free downloads from our BandCamp at www.facebook.com/BrinkTheory BRINK THEORY evolved from 3 friends jamming together, brought together by a love of writing & performing music. BRINK THEORY formed in Winter 2011. Rising from the ashes of former band Stricken 22, in which vocalist/guitarist Sam Pitter played for almost a decade, BRINK THEORY is a culmination of years of musical endeavour & passion. Sam & Dave Miller (drums) played together for numerous years and recruited Seb Bowen (lead guitar/vocals) to complement their sound in Stricken 22. Heading into the studio to record an EP, the band quickly realised that with the influence of Bowen & the combined drive & quality of the new line-up, they were in fact an entirely new band and quickly set about reforming. Discussing a new name change in December 2011, the band settled on BRINK THEORY. Heading back into the studio in January 2012, the resulting EP will be released early Summer 2012. Prior to the release, the vastly experienced Rich Bird (ex-Failing Tradition) was welcomed into the BRINK THEORY family on bass. Email brinktheory@gmail.com for bookings.
