Three members of Tooting, United Kingdom-based combo, The Earl Baron 5, decided to form their own band in 1963, recruiting Brian Diamond (real name: Dimond) as their front man. As Brian Diamond & The Cutters they recorded a few singles between 1963 and 1965, the most successful being 'Big Bad Wolf', which reached #11 in Hamburg's Star Club Dance Club Best Seller list in September 1965.
