Before we do something important in our lives we take a breath in a sequence. And the last breath is the hardest. These songs are my sequence." - Through these words Nikola Milojević envelopes the essence of the most prominent rendition of his creativity, namely, his solo musical project entitled Breathing Sequence. Nikola was born in Čačak on 24th December 1988, and by his early teenage years started showing indignation towards being unjustly burdened with the pain and pleasure of living in Vrnjačka Banja, a homely place in central Serbia heavily embraced in the stupor and narrow-mindedness of the local folks. His weapon of choice for the vehement battle against this putrid environment was the guitar, whereas for the strategic stimulus and inspiration he had to search the World Wide Web. First extrinsic tunes that he decided to reproduce were Pink Floyd and some heavy metal, followed shortly by a tentative attempt of Nikola’s own musical expression - his very first punk song called “Baba je mrtva” (grandmother is dead).
