Artist
Bram Tchaikovsky (born Peter Bramall on 10 November 1950 in Lincolnshire, England) is the lead singer and guitar player of an eponymous new wave / power pop band that has recorded three albums. A former member of rockers The Motors, Bram's group scored a U.S. Top 40 hit in the Billboard Hot 100 in 1979, with "Girl Of My Dreams." In the Netherlands "Sarah Smiles" was a minor hit, reaching the #33 spot, in February 1979. Both tracks were on the band's first album, titled 'Strange Man, Changed Man'. Unfortunately, the group seemed to have peaked too early, and their spotlight soon faded. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
