Bródy János Kristóf, commonly known as Bródy János (5 April 1946, Budapest) is a Hungarian singer, guitarist, composer and scriptwriter. Successful both with the bands Illés and Fonográf and in his solo career, writing lyrics for singers like Koncz Zsuzsa or for musicals like István, a király, he was a major figure of the Hungarian music scene in the 60s-90s.
