The Boro City Rollers formed while attending Murphysboro High School in the small town of Murphysboro in southern Illinois. The band released two albums (the first self-titled and the second "No Soul Radio") and one EP/Demo tape (it was only available either at a show or at a coffee shop in Carbondale, IL) before breaking up in 2001.
